Transmigrating as an Extra Third-Rate Villain

Chapter 178: Chapter 178:Presents [3]

Chapter 178: Chapter 178:Presents [3]

As Astrid swiftly departed from the warehouse, I used corruption to manifest crow, ordering it to keep a close eye on Astrid.

I had learned time and time that the belief that this world would follow the book's plots exactly would only lead to danger.

Maybe there was some unknown threat and waiting to attack the school during the ball.

Opening a window and letting some sunlight shine into the disgusting room, I watched the pitch-black crow fly out into the light-blue sky before returning to the couch.

Leaving the two boys behind in the warehouse, I followed after Astrid, leaving the warehouse only a few minutes later.

Enjoying the short stroll, I sighed as the looming figure of the academy front gate came into view.

Taking one last glance at the body of water below, I crossed the bridge before entering the academy, giving a short nod to the heroes tasked with protecting the gate.

Still tired despite having slept for almost the entire bus ride, I made my way to my dorm room before collapsing on the bed.

For the incident during the Winter Wonderland involving the main cast, I didn't plan to do anything.

As I said before, I had a slight feeling that I would be requested soon enough.

Besides that, I had three things on my to-do list.

Advance to the fourth movement of my shadow arts.

Considering how much I had been using shadow cages and corrupted in physical form now, I was definitely more than ready to advance.

At this point, I used corruption at least once every hour, so I wasn't surprised at how my mastery progressed.

Normally, a movement would take, on average, three months to a year to perfect... but then again, a normal person doesn't do what I do.

Saving the Elven kingdom and advancing to C-rank in the same week?

Light work.

The next and by far the easiest task was to keep a close eye on Astrid.

With my crow following her constantly, I wouldn't have to worry about this too much as I could just switch bodies with the crow occasionally to check up on her.

And finally... the hardest and most elusive task.

Dragon's Blood.

The only clue I had was the pool of blood that I had seen at the end of the dream earlier...or was it?

After I had defeated the spirit through my use of the corrupted figure, everyone in the main cast, including Ruby and Irene, had been teleported out of the dream and received the notification that they had advanced.

So... why did I still remain?

Shaking my head, I stared up at the ceiling, allowing my eyes to close, slowly feeling my consciousness slip further and further away.

...

...

...

*BZZT*

*BZZT*

*BZZT*

With my eyes still closed, I immediately slammed my hand down on my smartwatch, not worrying at all about whether it was broken or not.

*BZZT*

*BZZT*

"TURN OFF DAMN IT."

Opening my eyes, I covered my ears before finally turning off the annoying alarm that I had set up on my smartwatch.

Slowly removing the blankets and getting up from my body, I sighed as I moved to the shower.

Classes...

huh, it had been a long time.

After returning to the academy from the Elven realm and resting, I had spent the last two days essentially rotting in my room.

What did they call it back on earth?

Procrastinating... or in other words, I was somehow bored with a bunch of shit to do.

Apart from switching bodies with my crow every once in a while, I had just been lazing around in my room.

But sadly, today was the end of that.

Not of my own accord.

Today was the start of the new week... and that meant classes would begin once again today.

Getting into the shower, I let the steaming hot water drip down my hair for a couple of minutes before finally getting out.

Grabbing a towel and scrunching up my hair to dry it, I stared at the calendar on my smartwatch/

[5 Days until the Christmas Wonderland starts.]

Plenty of time!

Putting on the academy uniform, I grabbed my backpack before departing from my room.

Leisurely making my way down the stairs and toward the building of my class, I took in the views of the academy.

Around me were at least hundreds of kids, all also making their way to their classes, and countless teachers could also been rushing to get to their classrooms on time.

To my right was a park where lucky students who didn't have classes today could be seen lounging around, and to my left were countless buildings, each having their own design.

The buildings for magic classes had gigantic wands alongside pictures of spells all over their walls, while the buildings for combat had swords, axes, and spears.

Only second-year and above would take specialized classes, so, unfortunately, I had to walk past those beautiful buildings.

Looking at the bustling atmosphere full of students and the gigantic and amazing campus around me, a sudden thought occurred.

Is this what it feels like to be a university student?

Opening the doors to my building, I walked through the hallway, finally stopping in front of a familiar-lookingdoor.

Well... they should have had some time to calm down since that, right?

Sliding open the door, I simply looked at the floor, trying my best to recall the exact pathway to my desk without looking up.

If I can't see them, they can't see me!

Walking up the stairs to my seat all the way back, I finally looked up and saw both Jin and Han sitting in their respective seats.

Taking a seat in the middle of them, I put my head down on the table, awaiting the ringing of the bell.

When you're transmigrated, you would expect to live life, doing whatever you want and exploring the new world, having fun all the time.

..yet here I was, taking a class like some normal university student.
