Chapter 263: 263: Madara vs Five Elders

Chapter 263: 263: Madara vs Five Elders

"Madara, do you dare to attack our Holy Land?" Saint Jaygarci Saturn, in the form of Gyuki—a monstrous bull-spider—roared in rage.

'His eyes have changed shape again, it should be his strongest state! Be prepared,' Saint Mars, in the form of Itsumade—a colossal monster bird with a serpentine body— observed his eyes and communicated with fellow Elders.

'We must eliminate him at all costs. He dares to intrude upon Mary Geoise,' Saint Topman Warcury, in the form of Fengxi, resembling a boar demon with four tusks, voiced in his mind.

'I have a doubt he's colliding with Blaize,' Saint Nusjuro, in the form of Bakotsu—a skeletal horse—voiced his thoughts.

"It's possible," Saint Ju Peter, embodying the form of a giant sandworm, agreed.

"Who cares about your so-called holy land? It's nothing but insignificant scum land," Madara retorted disdainfully.

The Five Elders emanated a rich murderous intent, while Mars, in the form of a colossal monster bird, unleashed a devastating energy beam from his mouth at Madara.

Facing the beam head-on, Madara snorted mockingly as the deep indigo Susanoo materialized around his body, shielding him from the incoming attack.

His perfected Susanoo stands toweringly tall around 300 meters exuding an imposing presence. Similar to the Five Elders, a ribbon of dark, flaming smoke coils around the back of Susanoo.

"Boom!"

Saint Mars's energy beam collided with Madara's Susanoo, resulting in a massive explosion. However, despite the unparalleled power, the Susanoo remained unscathed.

'We have to do something, he's strong. Everyone, attack together!' The Five Elders in their beast forms attacked Madara together.

Facing their unified assault, Madara's Susanoo responded swiftly. It formed seals with his hands and unleashed a powerful Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation.

It was a sight to behold as the flames erupted from Susanoo's mouth, they surged outward and engulfed the area in a raging inferno. The flames of high temperature danced in intense fury.

The Five Elders, caught amid the blazing onslaught, displayed no signs of panic or despair. With their strength, the flames may not even inflict minimal damage upon them.

Madara knew that such a jutsu wouldn't affect them much; it was merely a distraction. He activated his Rinnegan ability, Limbo: Border Jail.

The next moment, four clones materialized around the battlefield, unseen by the Five Elders. These Limbo Clones possessed the same abilities, strength, and combat prowess as himself, effectively multiplying his combat power.

Due to existing in a separate dimension, the clones were immune to most conventional attacks and nearly impossible to defeat through direct means.

"Something invisible just appeared," Saint Marcus Mars remarked, 'It should be one of his abilities...'

"Yes," the other four also confirmed, their senses going on high alert.

Even with their Future Sight, they only found the existence of the Limbo clones but couldn't find their location.

Since Madara's appearance in the world, the World Government had been watching him closely. The Five Elders studied the abilities used by Madara to date so when Madara employed Limbo, they immediately recognized it.

As the Limbo clones launched their assault on four of the Five Elders, Madara's Susanoo swung its sword at Saturn, aiming to cleave his monstrous bull-spider body into two.

Despite his Armament Haki and tough skin, Saturn was unable to withstand the force of the attack. The sword strike blasted him through the air.

Meanwhile, the Limbo clones engaged the other Elders in battle, the air crackled with lightning streaks as they clashed.

Despite their strength, they were unable to deal with the Limbo clones. While they manage to block the clones' attacks with Haki, they struggle to finish them off.

Looking at the earth-shattering battle taking place in the distance, the Celestial Dragons residing in the Domain of the gods were terrified. The World Government agents and God's knights swiftly began to evacuate them to a safe location.

"Where are the Marine Admirals? Can't they see that Mary Geoise is under attack?" A Celestial Dragon complained as he was escorted by his slaves and agents in black suits.

"I'm sorry, Saint Camael," an agent explained apologetically. "The Marines are no longer under World Government control. With the current Fleet Admiral Blaize leading the Marines, there's friction between the World Government and the Marines."

"The Marines are nothing more than dogs we've raised," a Celestial Dragon spat in anger. "What are the Five Saints thinking? If they can't be of any use, why do they still exist? Destroy them."

The agent remained silent. 'They wanted to take action, but could they? With Blaize's strength and influence, even the Five Elders were powerless to act against him.'

Marine Headquarters,

A meeting was hurriedly called again. Why there's a word 'again' because just the previous day, they had gathered to discuss the defeat of Big Mom.

Garp, Sengoku, Admiral Kizaru, Admiral Kuzan, and some key Vice Admirals arrived at the Fleet Admiral's office only to find Blaize dozing off, his eyes closed and feet propped up on the desk.

Of course, it wasn't Blaize himself; it was a clone he left behind to maintain appearances.

But Sengoku didn't know this, so veins bulged on his forehead as he shouted, "What are you doing, Blaize?"

Upon hearing Sengoku's shout, the clone Blaize mechanically opened his eyes and welcomed them mindlessly.

Near the cloud island, Blaize planning to engage God's Knight Figarland and others stopped in his tracks and hurriedly took control of the clone he left in the Marine Headquarters with his consciousness.

As soon as they saw Blaize's clone, everyone found something off. "Who are you? You dare to impersonate the Fleet Admiral of the Marines?" Kuzan was ready to strike.

"Cool guys, it's me. It's the clone I left behind." The Clone Blaize spoke.

With their Haki, they could tell it was Blaize. They found it odd as they didn't sense his presence the second ago. Sengoku asked, "Where are you?"

"I had some urgent matters to attend to and I'm far away from Headquarters!" Blaize explained, his tone casual. "Tell me, what's the matter?"

The Vice Admiral hurriedly reported, "There's been an attack on Mary Geoise just a few minutes ago. We received news it's catastrophic."

"The Marines aren't under World Government control anymore. We aren't responsible for their destruction," Blaize responded.

"But?"

"Will the destruction of the World Nobles have any impact on us or the people?" Blaize asked.

"No,"

"Then why convene the meeting? Are you still treating the World Nobles as your masters?" A terrifying pressure fell on them and disappeared the next moment, but cold sweat appeared on everyone's faces.

'He's scary!' The Vice Admirals thought.

"Carry on with your tasks. The World Government's affairs are not our concern." Blaize concluded the meeting. The Vice Admirals left the office, and only Garp, Sengoku, Kizaru, and Kuzan remained behind.
