After just a quick scan over his status, Marcus' eyes went wide in shock, and he stopped midair.

He knew that his evolution would make him far stronger, but not to this degree.

The first thing that caught his attention was the three new titles he had received. Just from their names alone he could tell that they were likely unbelievably powerful.

His Great Spirit title had changed to become Supreme Spirit, which was expected. But the other two, First to Reach the peak and Hallowed One were complete surprises.

However, before Marcus read the details for these new titles, his eyes were drawn to his stats. All of them had risen exponentially.

'What the hell!'

Marcus needed to reread his stats several times before he truly believed the numbers that were displayed. Each of them had risen by more than double their previous values before his evolution. Just from his stats alone he was now twice as powerful.

It was at this moment that he realized just how dangerous the Gluttonous Spirit Eater was. Had he fought it before evolving, it would have beaten him without a doubt.

"But I didn't feel this much stronger during the battle." Marcus muttered, thinking back on the recent battle.

In truth he had been unable to bring out his full strength against the Gluttonous Spirit Eater. As a creature that preyed on powerful spirits it had a race ability that lowered the stats of any spirit it set its sights on by sixty percent.

The only reason Marcus did not notice the massive drop in his abilities was simply because he had gained even more power from evolving. To him it had still felt like he had become more powerful.

"Marcus, is something wrong?"

Flying up beside him, Lilia looked at Marcus with concerned eyes. He had suddenly stopped midflight and wore a series expression as he seemingly stared at the empty air in front of him.

"Ah, sorry. I got distracted. I just opened up my status and there's a lot of new information. Nothing to be worried about though. Let's continue heading back." Marcus replied curtly.

Despite Marcus' attempt to brush things off, Lilia could tell that something was going on more than just a small change in her brother's status.

Still, if he really needed her help, or if he just wanted to voice some concerns, Lilia believed that Marcus would confide in her.

Once they had gotten moving again, Marcus turned his attention back to the screen floating in the corner of his vision.

Below his stats were his Supreme Skills, where another drastic change had occurred.

He had used to have only there, yet now that number had more than doubled.

Four new Supreme Skill were listed in Marcus' status, and he was beginning to wonder if that Administrator was playing some sort of practical joke on him.

'Is she going to send me another message in a couple minutes saying, "Oops, it looks like your data got corrupted while evolving.", or something like that.' Marcus thought, his expression twisting into a grimace.

He was hoping that this would not be the case, but his status was now so outlandish that he could hardly believe what he was seeing.

At the very least one of his new Supreme Skills explained why his stats were so much higher than expected.

Apex Boost, which he received thanks to the title, First to Reach the Peak, increased all of his stats by seventy percent. It also had an activated effect that could be used once a week that would further raise his stats by thirty percent for an hour.

As for Ascendant Existence and Soul Gluttony, these Supreme Skills were upgraded versions of the unique skills, Master of Soul and Body, and Soul Devourer.

Marcus' final new Supreme Skill, Light of Salvation, came from his other newly acquired title, Hallowed One.

It was a wide scale healing power that could even resurrect the dead so long as less than a minute had passed since their deaths. Honestly, Marcus thought it might be too powerful. He could use it to restore anyone over an area larger than Borealia's capital in only a few moments.

'If I wanted to, I could probably start a new religion with this.' Marcus thought. He already knew that several of the Great Spirits had churches worshipping them, so now that he was an even higher-ranking spirit, he could easily do the same.

Of course, Marcus had no intention of turning himself into an object of worship. Doing so might have some benefits, but he knew it would not take long for him to regret it.

He may have gained a great deal of power, but that did not make him qualified to run a large-scale organization. A future where he tried to create a church centered around himself would either end in failure, or with him losing who he currently was.

'That's enough about that. I've only just gotten through my Supreme Skills. There's a lot more for me to worry about that hypotheticals I have no intention of pursuing.'

Thankfully, his unique skills did not come with any major surprises. He was now missing Master of Soul and Body, as well as Soul Devour, but that was because they had been upgraded to Supreme Skills.

The only other change to this section of his status was his two Embodiment Skills. Both had evolved to become stronger, but it was hardly comparable to the drastic changes of his stats, Supreme Skills, and titles.

Next came his skills, which were mostly the same save for some of them going up in level. Along with Light and Dark magic, a few others had reached the maximum level.

Finally, he examined his race abilities and specter powers.

In each section he found two new entries that had not been there before his evolution, along with his Ruler race abilities being transformed into Absolute Ruler of light and Absolute Ruler of Darkness.

"These are all really incredible." Marcus murmured once he finished reading what his new race abilities and specter powers could do.

He then checked out his new Absolute Ruler abilities and found that they were the reason that his light and darkness magic skills had suddenly shot up to max level.

The two powers also made him completely immune to any light or darkness type attacks other than his own. Even the Great Spirit of Light and the Great Spirit of Darkness could no longer harm him with their magic. Though that was not an issue anyway thanks to Sovereign of Spirits ability.

"I suppose all that's left to do now is check the message the Administrator sent me."

Mentally operating the windows created by his Personal Status unique skill, Marcus found the mail section and read what the Administrator had sent him.

'Hello again, Marcus. Seems like you finally managed to acquire the last item you needed to evolve, so I wanted to congratulate you. You're the first to ever achieve one of the secret highest quality evolutions that I set up. Well, technically you're also the second since you're both a Transcended Ghost and a Supreme Spirit at the same time. Talk about lucky.

But enough about your evolution. The real reason I've contacted you is to give you a warning. Forces outside of Mirrion have been making some big moves, and I'm pretty sure something is going to happen soon. There's still one of those contraband grimoires lurking around somewhere, and despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to locate it.

If someone uses it to summon more of those creatures, you know the ones, I'll probably need to call on you for help. Now that you're a Supreme Spirit you'll need to step up and protect the world. Oh, and on an unrelated note, tell your friends to be wary of deep water. I can't say anymore but I'm sure at least one of them is clever enough to figure out what I mean.'

Sincerely,

Your favorite Administrator.

P.S. As you already surmised, you and your wife weren't biologically compatible before. But during your evolution, I went in and did a little work to fix that. The chances still aren't high, but you've got about a one in a million shot now. Good luck.'

With that embarrassing closing remark, Marcus had finished reading the message the Administrator had sent him.
