The Wife of Hades

Chapter 134 - The Plan (1)

Chapter 134 - The Plan (1)

"Are you sure that is okay?" Yu Xinyi asked, a little worried as her voice spread to the other end of the phone and entered the empty room.

An Luxia sat on the bed a little excitedly as her eyes glistened, "Yes, why not? Don't worry, trust in me and my little Hanhan! He is experienced in this field."

"But -"

"Do you want to uncover her disgusting truth or not?" An Luxia asked, getting a little impatient as she had been talking to Yu Xinyi for almost an hour now about her very simple plan.

The other end of the phone was silent for a moment before Yu Xinyi finally sighed, "Okay. Can I be there too when you do it?"

An Luxia grinned maliciously, "Of course!"

Then, she hung up the phone and happily skipped out of the room to go tell her husband about her plan! This plan would need him!

---

The next day, An Luxia and Mo Han left the house together. Mo Han was dressed normally in a black suit, but An Luxia looked quite different today. She was wearing a black jacket and black pants, quite obvious that she was out to do no good.

An Luxia entered the car and immediately took off her mask and hat, "Oh my, it is so hot today."

Mo Han looked at her outfit and laughed, "It must be hot in that outfit."

An Luxia rolled her eyes as she slumped down into the car seat and the driver drove off and out of the gate.

Mo Han pulled out his phone and An Luxia curiously glanced over, still surprised at how advanced the HLX's technology was. Yesterday, Mo Han had merely entered a few numbers and keys into his computer, and within a few seconds, he had found Hu Yiyi's address.

The world today was indeed not safe at all!

Seeing her gaze, Mo Han instinctively moved his phone a little closer to her and grinned as he felt her eyes watch him. However, after a while, An Luxia could not understand what he was doing, so she laid back down on the seat and closed her eyes.

After about half an hour, the car stopped in front of an apartment. There were cars behind them and several people got out, entering the apartment.

An Luxia sat up as she pressed her eyes against the car window, waiting to see what would happen.

---

On the third floor of the apartment, there was a knock at the door. A few seconds later, a woman in her pajamas opened the door frustratingly, probably still not fully awake, "Who -"

The next second, she fell down onto the ground, unconscious or perhaps. . . dead?

---

An Luxia watched as the men who left the car came back. The man in the front held one hand up as a sign and Mo Han nodded, saying to An Luxia, "Success."

An Luxia was still watching the men walk back into the car and she noticed that in the middle, two men supported a woman - Hu Yiyi. She seemed to be unconscious and they pushed her into the back seat of the first car behind them.

A small smile appeared on An Luxia's face as she wondered why she felt a little excited. Ah, Mo Han was definitely a bad influence on her.

After they had finished the first part of their mission, An Luxia and Mo Han did not return home. Instead, they drove in a separate direction when they entered the gate to the mountain. An Luxia had not paid attention to this separate small road on dirt before, and she looked towards Mo Han when the car made a slight left.

"Where are we going? Are we not going to go home?"

Mo Han grabbed her hand, "We can do this somewhere else. The underground chamber is not a good place for something like your plan."

An Luxia did not know what to expect, but she trusted him so they continued to drive in the other direction. After about half an hour, they reached a tiny shack that also resembled an abandoned warehouse.

Mo Han and An Luxia got out of the car. In the silence of the mountains and thick trees, the sound of their feet stepping on the leaves was unusually loud.

Mo Han led An Luxia into the warehouse and An Luxia noticed two rooms. They entered the one to the left and An Luxia quickly glanced at the door to the room on the right before she was pulled into the room on the left.

There were five chairs inside the room and a table. To the right, there was a mirror, or a glass, and An Luxia immediately noticed the single chair on the other side of the glass.

"That is the other side?" An Luxia asked, remembering the other door she had seen.

"Yes. We can see and hear them, but they cannot see or hear us."

An Luxia's eyes sparkled as she walked over to the glass and knocked at it. The next second, two workers dragged a body into the room, and she took a step back in surprise.

Hu Yiyi had a potato sack over her head and it was taken off when they tied her to the chair. When they removed it, she spat at the hair that had gotten trapped inside her mouth.

She had woken up, An Luxia thought. Hu Yiyi opened her eyes and looked around the empty room, scrunching her face together, which did not resemble her usual angelic image at all.

"Where am I?" She screamed, unsure if someone could hear her, "Is anyone here?! Help me! Who -"

An Luxia turned around, not looking at her anymore. Mo Han pressed something and the glass turned black, so they were unable to hear or see Hu Yiyi anymore. The door opened and a worker walked in, bowing down slightly to Mo Han, "The other people are here. Should I bring them in?"

An Luxia sat down in the chair and waited as the worker left and a few seconds later, walking in again with three more people.

When they saw An Luxia and Mo Han, their mouths fell open in surprise.

"Xiaxia, what are you doing here? Mo Han? Have you two been kidnapped as well?"

An Luxia stood up, grabbing onto her mother's hands, "Kidnapped? I brought you guys over here to watch something exciting."

Her eyes traveled to An Yuchen when she spoke, and An Yuchen looked at her confusedly.

"Xiaxia, what is happening? Is this something you did?" An Ping looked around, speaking uneasily.

"Yes, dad. Don't worry, I will explain all of it to you later. For now, sit down."

She led her mom over to the seat in the middle and they exchanged a long look at each other. An Yuchen and An Ping also sat down, both scared and confused.

After a while, the door opened again and Yu Xinyi walked in, not very surprised at what was happening. When she saw An Yuchen, she pressed her lips together slightly and then sat down in the only empty chair left, which was next to An Yuchen.

"Xinyi, what are you doing here?" An Yuchen exclaimed, in surprise as a sparkle flashed past his eyes.

Yu Xinyi did not say anything and looked at An Luxia, who had stood up and looked at Mo Han with a nod.

The worker shut the door to the room, and there was a click as he locked it from the outside. An Ping and Qi Lanyu jumped up uneasily, as this place was not exactly very welcoming, "Xiaxia, what is happening?"

An Luxia did not respond as she pressed the button and the glass became transparent again and they saw Hu Yiyi, who had given up on screaming.

Upon seeing her, An Yuchen was the first to jump up, "Yiyi? What is she doing here? Why is she tied to that chair?"

After a while, he seemed to have noticed what was going on and he knitted his eyebrows together, "An Luxia, what are you doing?"

An Luxia looked over at her brother and smiled, "You will see very soon. . ." She looked down and then added, "I am only trying to help you."

Seeing Hu Yiyi, Qi Lanyu seemed to have understood something as she slowly sat down, her heart thumping loudly in her chest.

"An Luxia, I know you don't like her, but you can't do this. This is illegal!" An Yuchen exclaimed, worried for Hu Yiyi but also for his sister.

Mo Han spoke this time, reaching for a small device on the table as he spoke, "Illegal? That word is not in my dictionary."

He then passed the device over to An Luxia, who flipped it over in her hands and held onto it tightly.

An Yuchen clenched his fists together, understanding the hidden meaning as he knew about Mo Han's occupation, "An Luxia -"

He was cut off when An Luxia lifted the small rectangular device to her mouth and said, "Hu Yiyi!"
