Chapter 319: Causing Distress For The Monster Kings!
Chapter 319: Causing Distress For The Monster Kings!
....
"Ahh You don't want me here, huh?"
Azmond's sardonic voice reverberated as he looked at the bearkin standing up to him.
The Bearkin thought he was getting somewhere, so he said, "Yes! You must leave now! If you knew who was backing us, then you'd be groveling on the ground, begging for your life!"
He suddenly gained back all of his cockiness as he walked over to the far smaller figure of Azmond, with narcissism visible on his face.
However, his high and mighty demeanor lasted about as long as a homemade apple cake.
SLASH!
A black tendril extended out from Azmond's slimy coat before the finger the bearkin had extended out was sliced off his hand!
*Spurt!*
Blood gushed out of his open wound!
"Good thing I don't care about your opinion, Lekur!"
His voice came out in an amicable tone; however, he didn't even get the chance to properly demonstrate his 'kindness' as it was quickly drowned out by the screams of Lekur.
"Ahhhhhh!!" He hollered, his other hand grabbing the one that had been cut.
"!?" "!?" "!?"
Such a sight scared the pants off the other High-Rank Monster Kings; however, all that the one who inflicted such damage felt was overwhelming disdain for the bearkin.
"Aren't you supposed to be a mighty and tyrannical Monster King??" Azmond began with a sneer. "Turns out you're nothing more than a three thousand-year-old toddler."
Following such a proclamation, another black tendril cleaved through the air before it made contact with the bearkin's large brown head.
"Wha-!?"
Lekur didn't even get the chance to resist such an action, as his head was sent flying off his shoulders!
Another fountain of blood gushed out of the neck of the bearkin monster king.
"!?!?" "!?!?" "!?!?"
Everyone in the room stared mouth-agape at such a sight before they started to fear for their lives!
Azmond, on the other hand, was too distracted with the incoming system notifications to care about the reactions of the ants.
BLING!

Following such a series of system notifications, Azmond had Emu eat up the remains of Lekur's corpse.
"Mhmu! Mhmu!"
Emu grew to disproportionate sizes before swallowing up every bit of the Bearkins corpse!
CHOMP!
More system notifications followed.
*You have absorbed part of the cultivation of the High-Rank Monster King, Lekur Moldor!*
*Ding!* *Your cultivation has reached the Peak Stages of the Early Nascent Soul Realm from the Late Stages of the Early Nascent Soul Realm!*
-
"Hmm"
Azmond scrutinized his gains with an interested look on his face, completely ignoring the horrified expressions of the hundreds of High-Rank Monster Kings in the room with him.
However, he was leisurely taken out of his reverie by the abrupt eruption of an energy signature in the Half-Step Tribulation Transcendence Realm.
WAAA!
A regal cyan-colored aura was unleashed from the Monster Emperor descendant, Spiritflame!
Following such an explosion of energy, Spiritflame shouted, "You dare come into our territory and do as you please, Human!?"
"..."
Azmond's fierce gaze turned in the direction of Spiritflame before, in a nonchalant way, he responded, "Yes, I do dare."
Afterwards, he looked away from the fuming Spiritflame and focused his attention on the stat interfaces of the rest of the High-Rank Monster Kings.
There wasn't much of interest to see from their stats or cultivation realms, as all of them were all around the Late Unity Form Synthesis Realm to Half-Step Tribulation Transcendence Realm.
However, there was quite an interesting trend occurring with most of the Monster King's in the Half-Step Tribulation Transcendence Realm.
That 'trend' being that the majority of them were descended from the Nine Monster Emperor's and even had slight traces of Mythical monster blood inside their veins.
'These guys might be able to lead me to the Nine Monster Emperor's, Clawdia Moonweaver, and her father,' he thought.
However, his thoughts were soon interrupted by the sudden flaring of Spiritflame's aura.
RUMBLE!
The black dome made of unknown materials started to violently shake as Spiritflames infuriated roar resounded.
"You are truly Courting Death!!!"
Azmond felt the increase in the aura of Spiritflame, but he honestly didn't care.
However, he couldn't just leave the 'young master' hanging, so he said, "You just don't learn, do you?"
WAAAA!!
A majestic crimson-colored aura, countless times more powerful than Spiritflame's, was unleashed from Azmond.
THUD! THUD! THUD!
All the High-Rank Monster King's felt such terrifying pressure and instantly hit the ground with loud thuds!
"T-This is!"
"So powerful"
They started mumbling to themselves while in a state of disbelief!
And they weren't the only ones, as Spiritflame, who took the brunt of the aura, was practically gasping for air.
He tried to hold out as his innate pride was keeping his fortitude intact; however, such 'pride' was short-lived.
"St-Stop it! I can't take it anymore!!" He screamed out with an extreme amount of pain visible on his face.
Spiritflame's bones and ligaments were being crushed and burned due to the pressure!
Even his father was unable to cause so much damage to his body!
However, that wasn't what made him decide to give in, as unlike the Monster Kings around him, Spiritflame had worked quite hard to reach the absolute peak of the Half-Step Tribulation Transcendence Realm.
Losing a few limbs or experiencing the crushing of his bones was nothing to him; however, there was something incorporated into Azmond's Crimson Aurasomething that left him wishing for death!
The Monster Kings watched the most resilient of them all give up without a second having passed, as they didn't understand how so many impossible things could be happening all at once!!
The human invader shouldn't have even been on the Nineteenth Floor to begin with! And he shouldn't have been able to overcome the strongest of them so easily!
And yet
