That means it can't be tainted by the outside aura and the Aura Essence inside can't be tainted nor can it leak out. Until the Goblet was cracked.

He held the Orb and then controlled the flow of green, the moment a particular amount of essence reached, the flow stopped and the Orb reacted under Seth's manipulation and control forming a Goblet around it. Then the second Projected Aura Orb let loose of the Goblet and fell and he caught it. It's the same as the other one he made.
