Chapter 318: 312: Now That’s What I Call Squandering Money, Part 2

Finn Lewis smiled without saying a word. Soon, Hannah Lincoln had tea arranged for their guests. Regardless of whether they were Michael Bolton, Gary Greer, or even Luca Hall, Lawrence Rodger, and Oscar Blair, all of them were excellent promotors. Currently, although Finn had made a name for himself in the circle of top tycoons in Flame Nation, he had not yet done so in foreign circles of wealthy elites.

Having them promote things was a good idea. Soon, Hannah Lincoln arranged a pot of tea for each person at the table. The seated guests found this somewhat strange. Even Luca Hall, who is well aware of Flame Nation’s customs, found this tea serving technique unconventional. Where else would each person get their own pot of tea? Moreover, even if they were here to drink tea, tasting a bit of the brew would be more than enough, right?

“Perhaps all of you are unaware?” Matthew Chan, who was sitting nearby, couldn’t resist speaking up. Once he had drawn everyone’s attention to him, Matthew Chan explained the special features of this tea.

After explaining, the faces of Lawrence Rodger and the others displayed their shock. During Matthew Chan’s explanation these people couldn’t help but voice their surprise, they seemed to find the matter hard to believe. However, they knew Matthew Chan was not the type to bluff. Plus, upon their arrival, they had indeed seen a lot of people below, some of whom Lawrence Rodger and his crew might not recognize, as they had just arrived in Flame Nation.

However, individuals like Michael Bolton and Gary Greer recognized many of the people since they were their clients and private jet owners. So, upon hearing Matthew Chan’s remarks, and then considering the people they had seen below, Gary Greer and the others could infer why this tea was served in this manner and why Matthew Chan displayed such a demeanor.

With this new underlying concept, when they tasted it, they could truly experience the unique qualities of the tea. After drinking it, they felt as though they were rejuvenated.

“Hehe, enjoy your tea. The tea’s full effect will only manifest after about ten hours or so.” Finn Lewis said with a smile.

Matthew Chan sitting next to him was surprised, biting his tongue. An effect after ten hours? Was it slow? Wasn’t it already quite good? Especially for those with blood diseases, the effects of this tea could practically be described as divine. More so for conditions like high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and those with blood that is too viscous, this tea could bring their indicators down to a healthy level within ten hours. That’s basically a miracle!

“Here’s the thing everyone, and in particular, Bank President Chan, Lawrence Rodger, Mr. Blair. Actually, I am interested in purchasing a private jet.” Finn Lewis stated his intentions directly.

Upon hearing Finn’s address, everyone in the elegantly furnished room immediately became alert, knowing that the serious talk was about to begin. Of course, they were not caught by surprise since Finn had previously informed them. However, they knew that the truly important part was yet to come.

“Mr. Lewis, what kind of private jet are you interested in?” Matthew Chan asked.

“There’s no specific model I’m after. The only requirement is that it must be capable of international flights.” Finn Lewis casually responded. His request implied that the jet should have a long flight range, hence small private jets were out of the question.

However, Michael Bolton and Gary Greer perked up at Finn’s words. Private jets capable of international flights, more specifically long-haul international flights as required by Finn, were not cheap. For instance, Bombardier Global 4000, a well-known business aircraft, has a range of approximately 6000 kilometers but wasn’t produced by Wolfhawk or Sky Crane.

In fact, when it comes to private business jets, Wolfhawk and Sky Crane are not the best sellers. Companies like Gulfstream and Beechcraft specialize in private business jets. This is not to say that Sky Crane and Wolfhawk don’t produce them, just that the jets these two companies manufacture are simply too expensive for most people. For example, Bombardier Global 4000, while its passenger capacity isn’t massive, it can take around ten people (at a tight squeeze) at any given time. However, with a range of nearly 6000 kilometers, it’s priced at approximately 28 million Federal coins.

This price is relatively low, but what’s the cost of a Wolfhawk or Sky Crane jet?

For slightly larger private jets, the price can exceed 100 million Federal coins. Moreover, once you buy an aircraft, you need to maintain it, which itself is a hefty cost.

“Mr. Lewis, one of the more famous Sky Crane jets that meets your requirements is the Sky Crane A319. It can fly cuts 6500 nautical miles, or 12000 kilometers, with 25 passengers on board, essentially satisfying the demands of any route! In terms of its price, excluding interior furnishings, it only costs approximately 40 million Federal coins. There is a business aviation LTD company in Flame Country that has already purchased three units from us.” Michael Bolton was the first to speak up.

Finn Lewis did not respond, merely smiling. Gary Greer swiftly countered, “Mr. Lewis, I think the A319 is a bit too small to meet your needs.”

“What do you mean by that?!” Before Finn Lewis could respond, Michael Bolton had already snapped back at Gary Greer.

“Mr. Lewis, I believe you deserve a larger aircraft than the A319. At Wolfhawk, we have a private jet that perfectly matches your requirements: the Wolfhawk 747-8 VIP model. This aircraft can be described as top-tier luxury. It comes equipped with a spiral staircase, arched ceilings, wall-mounted TVs, wooden flooring, and so on, and it offers 4700 square feet of cabin space. You can partition the space into several separate areas for work, dining, entertainment, and sleep.” Gary Greer quickly proposed.

Luca Hall, who was sitting nearby, was getting sweaty, thinking, my god, this guy indeed dares to speak. Sure, the jet he mentioned is luxurious and extravagant, but does he know that the Wolfhawk 747-8 VIP has a base price that hovers around 300 million Federal coins?! Plus, that’s just the price for the barebones aircraft, if extras and furnishings were to be added, that would be around an extra 20 million Federal coins.

“Of course, it’s a bit pricier. Considering internal fittings and such, the price would be roughly 300 million Federal coins for you, Mr. Lewis”. Gary Greer stated directly.

“Mr. Lewis, if you find the Sky Crane A319 too small, we also have large-scale

passenger planes. What do you think of the A380?” Michael Bolton quickly added.

Luca Hall was shocked and could hardly believe this. My god, are you kidding me?! The A380?! Four-engine, over 550-seat, long-haul wide-body aircraft?! Do you want to sell that to our boss as a private jet!? My god! The maximum passenger count of the A380 can hit over 800 people! You want it as a private jet!? my god!

If Finn Lewis wasn’t still sitting there silently, Luca Hall would want to rush over and spit in his face.. Such a massive aircraft would be wasted, wouldn’t it?
