"But can't the prince run the other way or hide from the golems?"

"He could, but you know how these nobles are; they will never decide to lose face in front of their adoring fans," Scar mimicked the voice of a female in the latter part of his words, and everyone listening around Lucas and Scar chuckled loudly.

"I guess you're right," Lucas said before turning towards the screen.

"Of course, I am. Now, all we have to do is sit back, relax, and watch the prince fail."

"Haha..... Yeah,  I couldn't have said it any better."

The succubus princess fan club members laughed as well and returned their gaze to the screen, expecting the prince to lose his current fight, but to their surprise, all two hundred monsters fell to the ground with their monster cores completely destroyed.

The battle had been so fast that even they couldn't believe what they had just witnessed.

A few seconds ago, the golems had been standing tall before Orion and Aurora. Then Orion swiftly cast a tier-three earth magic spell, and a huge magic circle appeared underneath his feet.

The magic circle glowed brightly, and countless stones materialized from the magic circle before hovering above his feet. The stones slowly morphed into thin needle-like weapons and at Orion's command, the needles spun around  Orion like a tornado before aiming straight for the chest of the golems and mutts.

Each golem's chest had a core in it, and even though the core was heavily shielded by layers of rock, the needles pierced through their rocky chests and connected with their cores.

The moment the needles lodged into the cores, the needles expanded and huge spikes spread out from within the core, destroying the cores, along with the monsters.

The same thing happened to the stone-plated mutts as well. Even though they were more agile than the golems, they were still slow to react to Orion's attack.

All the monsters fell to the ground and the mouths of everyone in the arena were practically dropping down to the ground as well.

Even the judges couldn't believe what they had seen, because even though Orion was a Rank Eleven mage, it still didn't change the fact that a Rank Eleven mage could never handle two hundred Rank Nine beasts at once.

In fact, Orion's attack happened within the blink of an eye, and it clearly defied the logic of all they knew and even the world as a whole.

Just how much mana did the elf prince have to be able to do something so amazing?

Aside from all these, there were even a lot of mages with earth magic affinity who weren't familiar with the tier three spells he cast.

If there was one thing anyone had learned after watching the prince from the very beginning to this current point in time, it was that the prince always cast his spells without chanting them.

It took a great deal of talent and skill for a mage to be able to do that, yet the elf prince kept doing things as though it was a mundane, everyday thing for him.

The image of the prince in everyone's eyes had changed a lot after such a remarkable display of strength.

Although Orion was known within the academy as the top student, there were still a lot of students within the academy who believed that Orion had simply been lucky to be placed in such a position.

After all, his mother was the elf queen, and his aunt was the headmistress, so it only made sense for Orion to be ranked number one in the academy due to his status.

However, after seeing what the prince was capable of doing, everyone had come to the understanding that Orion was truly leagues above the rest of the students. So they watched silently as Orion and Aurora headed straight to the next portal, but to everyone's surprise, Lilith achieved something almost as incredible as the elf prince.

It almost felt as though the demon princess had watched Orion's performance because her attack was equally as impressive as that of the elf prince and some might even argue that Lilith's attack was a lot cooler and flashier than that of the elf prince.

During Lilith's encounter with the same number of beasts that Orion faced, she cast a spell without chanting the words out, and the ground beneath the feet of the golems and rock mutts turned into quicksands.

The quicksand pulled the golems into the ground and then the sands slowly began to solidify around the struggling monsters, making it difficult for the monsters to escape.

While the monsters struggled to escape from the solidifying quicksand, a small part of the sky turned bright red before a barrage of red hot magma rained down on the monsters, destroying their cores in the process.

And this was how Orion and Lilith progressed through the difficult Terra Zone.

Just like the two of them, a few other students easily progressed through it as well, and while they weren't as fast as Orion and Lilith, they were still able to progress at their own pace.

Adrian, Aslan, and Arthur easily completed the task required of them and so did a few other students.

Although it might seem like almost everyone had easily progressed to the next zone, the truth was that not everyone could fight against two hundred rank nine beasts on their own.

There were some who confronted a few of the beasts while others decided to take a more tactical approach.

These students knew their limit, so rather than confront the beasts, they chose to hide and quietly take a different route where the monsters in that path were relatively small.
