My Celestial Ascension

Chapter 611: His Mothers' Opinion

Chapter 611: His Mothers' Opinion

Yuan and his wives arrived at the room prepared for them by Empress Selena, while Miss Zara and Little Zoe entered the room arranged for them. Their rooms were nearby, situated opposite each other. Empress Selena had deliberately organized it this way so that if Miss Zara and Little Zoe encountered any problems, they could easily contact Yuan and his wives for assistance.

Once inside, Valeria sat on the bed with a worried expression. She sighed deeply, her concern for her mother's condition evident. Her thoughts were consumed with wondering if the method they used had successfully eliminated the source of the Cold Energy.

Yuan sat beside her, a warm smile gracing his face as he pulled her closer. He leaned in and whispered gently into her ear, "Don't worry. Your mother will be fine as long as we're here. I'll make sure she recovers fully."

"Thank you," Valeria replied, her face softening. Without giving him a chance to say more, she cupped his face and kissed him passionately.

Yuan welcomed the kiss, wrapping his arms around her waist as their tongues intertwined in a fiery, passionate dance. Time seemed to slow for them, and Valeria felt both relief and excitement in his embrace.

Meanwhile, Anna and the others exchanged knowing smiles as they watched Yuan 'comforting' Valeria. They quietly joined them on the bed, waiting patiently for the moment to pass.

After a minute, Yuan broke the kiss and hugged Valeria warmly. They stayed in each other's arms for several moments, Valeria finding peace in his embrace. Her worries about her mother faded entirely, replaced by faith in Yuan's words.

Standing up from the bed, Valeria turned to everyone with a bright smile and suggested, "How about we head to the palace's bathhouse and relax for a while? The water is warm and soothing—it'll be fun."

"That's a wonderful idea!" Anna said, nodding enthusiastically. "It's just what we need to unwind after everything."

"Indeed," Mireya added with a gentle smile. "A nice bath will do wonders for our stress." She stepped closer to Yuan, wrapping her arms around his neck affectionately.

Yuan smiled at her and kissed her softly on the lips, his arms sliding around her slender waist to pull her closer. Her ample chest pressed firmly against him, intensifying their closeness.

When Mireya finally let go, Valeria took Yuan's arm, pressing it between her voluptuous chest as she grinned playfully. "Let's go, Husband. I'll show you to the bathhouse. And once we get there…" She winked. "I'll wash your back—with my boobs."

"Naughty, aren't we?" Yuan chuckled, teasingly squeezing her buttocks and earning a soft moan in response.

Anna and the others giggled at the exchange, following the couple out of the room.

Five minutes later, they arrived at the palace's luxurious bathhouse. The space was enormous, with a bathtub so large it resembled a pool of warm water. The temperature was meticulously maintained by Runes—magical symbols imbued with various functions.

The Runes ensured the water stayed at an ideal temperature and remained pristine. Additional Runes engraved on the walls created a tranquil, soothing atmosphere, making the bathhouse the perfect place to relax.

Anna and the others quickly began removing their clothes after securely closing the door to the bathhouse, ensuring no one could interrupt their private time.

Valeria also undressed, one piece at a time, until only the final layer of clothing remained. With a seductive smile, she removed it, standing completely bare before Yuan.

Yuan swallowed nervously as his gaze lingered on her. Her alluring figure and confident expression captivated him.

"What are you staring at? Haven't you seen enough of me already?" Valeria teased, smirking as she moved closer with deliberate, seductive steps.

"Well, my wife is so stunning and sexy that I just can't help myself. I could stare at you forever…" Yuan replied with a playful grin.

Valeria leaned forward, planting a soft kiss on his cheek before grabbing his hand. "Come on," she said, pulling him into the bathtub. Her grin widened when she felt his eyes trailing her figure, especially her hips, as they stepped into the warm water together.

Meanwhile, Anna and the others disrobed, their movements graceful yet unhurried, before joining them. Sensing Valeria's lingering concern for her mother, they decided to give her and Yuan some alone time.

The water was soothingly warm. As they eased into the bathtub, the tension in their bodies melted away, replaced by tranquil smiles as they leaned against the edge.

Valeria sat comfortably on Yuan's lap, her back resting against his chest while his arms wrapped securely around her. They shared a peaceful moment, the warmth of the water adding to the intimacy.

Breaking the silence, Yuan asked, "Since your mother has awakened her Bloodline as a mortal, what do you think we should do about her condition?"

Valeria sighed. "Honestly, I don't know. And we still don't fully understand the source of her Cold Energy…"

"We'll know more once she wakes up," Yuan said, his voice steady. "After using the Phoenix blood, the Cold Energy in her body has vanished without leaving any residue. But the question is—will it return? That's what concerns me."

Valeria nodded, her brow furrowed in thought. "Exactly. But… what if we taught her how to cultivate? Couldn't that help eliminate the source entirely?"

"Teaching her cultivation, huh?" Yuan pondered aloud, his tone thoughtful. "It's possible. Becoming a cultivator might give her the tools to deal with the Cold Energy. But wouldn't that cause problems for your family?"

Valeria hesitated before answering, her voice trembling slightly. "Yes… it could create problems. But I don't want to lose her, Yuan. She sacrificed so much for me when I was a child. I just want her to be healthy again—to live a happy life." Tears welled in her eyes, spilling onto her cheeks as she spoke.

Yuan's heart ached at her sincerity.

'It's clear there's no convincing her to abondon this idea,' He thought, sighing inwardly. 'I'll need to consider this carefully and ask for the others' opinion before making a decision.'

"I'll think about it," he said gently, wiping her tears. "But I promise you, I'll do everything in my power to make your mother healthy again." To seal his vow, he leaned in and kissed her tenderly.

"Thank you, Husband," Valeria murmured, smiling through her tears as she hugged him tightly. Her heart swelled with happiness, and her love for him deepened.

"Why thank me? I'm your husband—it's my duty to care for you," Yuan chuckled before capturing her lips in another passionate kiss that lasted for several moments.

A few minutes later, Anna and Grace approached the couple. They smiled warmly as they settled on either side of Yuan, while Valeria remained comfortably seated on his lap.

Both Anna and Grace immediately hugged Yuan's arms, pressing them between their ample chests, before each planted a kiss on his cheeks. Anna smiled playfully and asked, "What are you two chatting about? Fill us in, my dear."

"We're discussing what to do about Valeria's mother," Yuan explained. "She awakened her Bloodline while still being a mortal, which puts tremendous strain on her body. Her mortal body simply isn't equipped to handle such a powerful Bloodline. It's like a freshly made clay pot that hasn't been fired in a kiln—it could crumble at any moment."

Anna nodded thoughtfully. "I see… That's a serious problem. And we still don't know the source of the Cold Energy in her body. But for now, I think the best course of action is to guide her into becoming a cultivator once she wakes up. We can figure out the rest later."

Yuan then turned to Grace for her opinion.

"I agree with Anna," Grace said, her expression calm but her tone warm. "I trust Vanessa—she's proven herself to be a good person. I'm confident she'll keep our existence a secret, even after becoming a cultivator."

Yuan glanced between the two women, still hesitant. "Are you sure about this, Mom Anna and Mom Grace? Are you really okay with turning Vanessa into a cultivator?"

Anna and Grace exchanged a glance before smiling at him and nodding in unison. Seeing their approval, Valeria became emotional. She immediately threw her arms around her two mothers-in-law, holding them tightly.

"Thank you, both of you," Valeria whispered, her voice brimming with gratitude and respect.

"You don't need to thank us, Valeria," Anna replied with a chuckle. "You're not just our daughter-in-law—you're also one of our sisters."

Meanwhile, Emperor Philip returned to the palace after addressing most of the pressing issues in the city. He had worked tirelessly to arrange accommodations for the many guests arriving to attend the Grand Auction.

Beyond logistical preparations, Emperor Philip also had the critical responsibility of welcoming prominent figures from across the continent. Failing to properly receive these allies could strain diplomatic relations, and the repercussions for the empire could be severe.

As he stepped into his private chambers, Empress Selena greeted him with a warm smile.

"Oh, you're back already," she said. "I have some incredible news for you—you won't believe it."

Philip raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? What news could shock me after the day I've had? Go on, tell me."

Empress Selena's grin widened. "Well, Yuan has managed to cure Mother's illness, thanks to one of his wives. Isn't that amazing?"

Philip's jaw dropped as he stared at her in disbelief. "What?! Are you serious? You're not joking, are you?"

Selena nodded enthusiastically, her grin unwavering.

"That's… incredible!" Philip exclaimed, his voice trembling with emotion. "Let's go see her immediately—I need to see this with my own eyes!" His excitement was palpable as he struggled to contain his emotions.

However, his wife immediately stopped him, cutting off his excitement with a firm yet amused tone. "Hold your horses, Philip Lionheart. Mother-in-law is in a deep sleep right now, and she won't respond to you. We'll have to wait for her to wake up."

"I see…" Emperor Philip sighed, his enthusiasm fading slightly. He moved to the sofa and sat down, signaling to a nearby servant. "Prepare some tea for us."

Moments later, a servant entered with a tray of tea, placing it carefully on the table. Empress Selena took the initiative to personally serve her husband, pouring the tea with practiced grace.

After a sip, Emperor Philip gestured for the servants to leave. They bowed respectfully and exited the room, leaving the couple in private.

Once they were alone, Philip turned to his wife, his expression thoughtful. "Did they leave the palace after treating Mother?"

"No," Selena replied, a gentle smile gracing her lips. "They're staying the night. In fact, I believe they're currently taking a bath together."
