Chapter 638: Chapter 402: The Betrayal of Egyptian Tribe, The Second Layer of Decryption (5000 words, seeking monthly votes)_3

The idea was beautiful, but the reality was cruel.

The Egyptian tribe successfully hid the Earth for nine million years until a million years ago when the Compound-Eyed Observer’s army suddenly arrived and waged a harsh war for thousands of years to take over the Milky Way Galaxy.

After the turmoil, there was peace.

The Compound Eye Civilization did not destroy the Earth, but instead reported its information and took over the Egyptian tribe’s mission, continuing to observe at a frequency of once every thousand or two thousand years of patrol cycles.

The vigilant Compound-Eyed Observers knew that the Earth had indirectly caused the betrayal and destruction of the Egyptian tribe, and feared following in their footsteps. So, they never landed on Earth, nor did they place long-term observation devices in the solar system. Instead, they remotely scanned via patrol.

Over the next million years, primitive humans struggling against nature stumbled along the path of civilization construction, bringing them to the year 1947.

Cities, towns, factories, the recently ceased world war, rapidly cultivated land, one species after another silently disappearing during Earthlings’ expansion process, and everything else that represented the advance of civilization made up the main melody of Earth.

The Roswell Incident happened on this day and was quickly covered up.

Since then, a group of scientists and politicians with dreams carried out an act that seemed to be in extreme violation of human ethics.

They took nearly thirty years to plan, and in 1972, led by Edward Stone, they began to push for the Voyager Program crazily, even at the cost of vast resources.

In 1977, NASA successfully sent Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 into space and included much information about Earthlings in both Voyagers.

This is the truth on the surface.

Here’s a side note: Voyager 2 was launched on August 20, 1977, and Voyager 1 was launched on September 5 of the same year.

So although the naming order of Voyager 2 is later, it was actually launched first.

From then until 2020, all intelligent Earthlings regretted their actions, wondering how they could have been so foolish and why their scientists and politicians were so stupid.

How arrogant must we have been to obediently give away all our secrets while still gazing at the stars?

This obviously doesn’t make sense and is very unscientific.

Now that Harrison Clark knew more information, the electronic black hole was deployed and ready to receive Voyager 2 on August 21st.

Harrison Clark’s chain of logic was perfected once again.

Obviously, the high-ranking civilization that ordered the Compound Eye Civilization to wipe out the Milky Way and provided the solar dome didn’t trust the Compound Eye Civilization either and took additional action.

This additional action fell precisely on the Egyptian tribe’s twin screw vessel.

Even the possible remnants of the Egyptian tribe hadn’t thought of this, Harrison Clark had deduced it himself.

In the information transmitted to the twin screw vessel by the remnants of the Egyptian tribe before their death, the high-ranking civilization had added “private goods.”

Everything was under the control of the high-ranking civilization.

The private goods were hidden in the twin screw vessel and quietly infiltrated some ideas.

Harrison Clark was very familiar with this – “subconscious penetration.”

The penetration command was much simpler than the Song of the Wilderness, only quietly affecting a person’s judgment and thinking, until the completion of sending out the two Voyager spacecraft.

At that time, the top scientists engaged in aeronautics and astronautics and the highest authorities on this side had all been to Area 52.

These people had been silently influenced by thought penetration, and against all logic, they had spent vast resources to send out the two Voyagers.

Harrison Clark completed the second layer of decryption.

Even so, Eilen Elvin’s theory of thought penetration did inadvertently guess part of the truth.

It’s quite obvious that Eilen, who laid the foundation for the Infinite Gene Hypothesis, is no ordinary person.

If it weren’t for Harrison Clark’s existence, Eilen would have become the greatest biologist of the 21st century.

Also, Harrison Clark had figured out that the Song of the Wilderness was not the creation of the Compound Eye Civilization but a gift from the higher ruling civilization.

He had previously overestimated the Compound-Eyed Observers.

Although answering his own doubts wouldn’t help change the status quo, it would make Harrison Clark’s goal of struggling clearer.

He was mentally and physically pleased with this.

In addition to these, the possible remnants of the Egyptian tribe provided another piece of information that the Proxima Centauri Colonial Fleet had never discovered, about the homeworld of the Egyptian tribe.

Perhaps the data in the escape vessel discovered by the Colonial Fleet had collapsed more thoroughly, or the escape vessel had deliberately hidden the homeworld.

But the possible remnants of the Egyptian tribe that Harrison Clark had encountered in the twin screw vessel likely existed at a later time point and were more desperate, so they simply surrendered the coordinates of their homeworld.

Perhaps the remnants just hoped that Earthlings could create miracles and break through the bondage of the strict cosmic level system one day, then go to the ruins of the Egyptian tribe’s home planet as a memorial to the existence of the Egyptian tribe.

At first, Harrison Clark was delighted, as if he had the opportunity to visit the Egyptian tribe’s homeworld, he might have the chance to absorb some of the technology of another almost Tier 3 Civilization.

But when he identified the coordinates of the Egyptian tribe’s homeworld, he wanted to curse on the spot.

The Egyptian tribe’s homeworld was located at the other end of the Milky Way, near the edge, and at nearly 100,000 light-years away from the solar system in a straight line!

Ah, what a sight for sore eyes.

Does it have to be that far away?

How the hell am I supposed to get there?

Even if I can master full-speed curved flight and use the Compound Eye’s gravitational path all the way forward, that’s still too far, isn’t it?

The Prism Ship fleet, which mastered the jump, took 500 years to reach Earth from the Galactic center, so it would take at least 2,500 years for the Compound Eye to reach the Egyptian tribe’s homeworld from the solar system?

We’re still in the dark about the jump at this point.

Furthermore, they still had to take a detour to avoid the large black hole at the galactic center.

Master Chen wondered, how many times would I have to die on the way to get there?

This feeling of being able to see but not touch made him feel broken-hearted for a moment, feeling incredibly uncomfortable all over.

The researchers outside Area 52 and Ethan Evans were even more uncomfortable than Harrison Clark.

A group of people pacing back and forth, their footsteps never stopping, as anxious as ants on a hot pan, but they didn’t dare to knock on the door and disturb Harrison Clark’s thoughts.

The crowd had been waiting for nearly an hour before Harrison Clark finally opened the door.

Mendelson’s aged body suddenly became as agile as a monkey, and he swiftly crossed over ten meters to get in front of Harrison Clark, “Mr. Clark, how’s it going? Have you figured it out?”

Harrison Clark smirked, “No.”
