Chapter 1223: Bullying Master Sheng (3)

When he finished practicing Tai Chi with Grandpa Jian, Zhai Yunsheng was just about to look for Jian Yiling. However, this time, he was stopped by Jian Yunnao.

“Young Master Zhai, I just composed a new piece. I’d like a violin to accompany the piano notes. Could you practice with me?”

It was a well-known fact that Zhai Yunsheng played the violin well.

And thus, Zhai Yunsheng was dragged to the piano room on the second floor to practice Jian Yunnao’s latest composition together.

After an entire hour, Zhai Yunsheng was finally let out of the piano room.

And yet, as soon as he left that room, he was dragged into the study by Jian Yuncheng.

“I’d like you to have a look at this business plan,” Jian Yuncheng said as he handed Zhai Yunsheng a business plan.

The business plan was at least two hundred pages long.

It was about a collaborative project between the Jian family business and the Zhai family business.

“I handed this project to my company’s department manager,” Zhai Yunsheng replied.

When it came to projects of this scale, Zhai Yunsheng would hand over these things to his subordinates. He wouldn’t need to personally look over them.

“Young Master Zhai, am I not worthy of your time? Is that why you handed the project to your subordinates?” Jian Yuncheng asked as he narrowed his eyes. There was a dangerous chill in his eyes.

“That’s not the case,” Zhai Yunsheng quickly replied.

Ahh, if he lived under someone else’s roof, he had to follow their rules.

And thus, Zhai Yunsheng picked up the business plan and carefully read through the papers. After reading it, he discussed the business plan with Jian Yuncheng. As a result, another hour soon passed by.

Just like before, when Zhai Yunsheng finally left the study room, before he got a chance to even see Jian Yiling, he was stopped by Jian Yunmo.

“Help me plant some things,” Jian Yunmo said.

For some strange reason, Jian Yunmo wanted to plant saplings in the garden today. Therefore, he dragged Zhai Yunsheng to dig up holes for him.

Could Zhai Yunsheng say no to this?

Of course not.

And thus, the Young Master of the Zhai family held a shovel and had to keep on digging holes in the garden.

It would cost the Jian family roughly three hundred dollars to dig these holes. However, Jian Yunmo insisted on Zhai Yunsheng digging up these holes even though his time was much more valuable

When he finally finished digging up the holes, Zhai Yunsheng headed into the living room.

As soon as he entered the room, he saw Jian Yubo seated there.

“Young Master Zhai, are you interested in playing a match or two?”

Before Zhai Yunsheng got a chance to reply, Grandpa Jian said excitedly: “That sounds like a great idea! I haven’t seen Yubo play in ages. A Sheng, come and play a few matches against your soon-to-be cousin!”

Jian Yunnao also echoed his grandpa’s words: “I’m also interested in watching a match!”

Interested in watching? Since when did someone like Jian Yunnao become interested in Go?

Despite thinking this, Zhai Yunsheng began the Go match against Jian Yubo.

As Go was unlike checkers, a slow match would take a long time to finish.

Furthermore, as a Go master, Jian Yubo could actively control the duration of the game.

He could easily win at certain times. However, he deliberately chose not to. At the same time, he didn’t let Zhai Yunsheng either.

Anyone who didn’t understand the rules of the game would assume the two players were having an intense match.

As Zhai Yunsheng played Go with Jian Yubo more than once in the past, he knew that Jian Yubo was intentionally doing this.

It was always the silent ones who were really troublesome.

As expected, the other Jian brothers could only waste an hour or so of Zhai Yunsheng’s time.

However, one match with Zhai Yunsheng wasted an entire two hours of time!

If it weren’t for the fact that they had to eat soon, Jian Yubo would have probably prolonged the match further.

Then, Jian Yubo said indifferently: “When we’re done with eating, let’s have another match.”

There were no expressions on Jian Yubo’s face.

Yet he was utterly ruthless!

If they played another match, the sky would be dark by then!
