This is fun. I enjoy reading it. What's the mc like? The term „magical king fu“ almost kills all interest I could have in this novel… I agree. If I suddenly find myself transmigrating in xianxia, I'd also call it magical kung fu, at least in the beginning. It's surreal, it's like when someone called it "magical China land", someone actually experiencing it will treat it only half seriously (and thus the descriptions) because you'll be like "this can't be real". I get what you mean, but in my opinion that fits better in the novel than the description.If I were to read the novel and at some point the mc would say „damn what is this fancy magical king fu they are using“, I would give it a laugh too and your above mentioned point makes sense.
