Shaking his head as he thought about what kind of reaction asking about the Dao Domain Lord Realm might invoke from the old man who seemed to be the person in charge of this branch's information gathering and selling, Xuan Hao got up from his seat before making his way out of the private room.

Back into the bustling hall filled to the brim with people coming and going to either sell material, buy things like pills, weapons, formations or just pick up one of the countless missions issued by the Explorer Union for a reward.

Taking a quick glance around the place for anyone who might fit in as a potential elder, Xuan Hao didn't even spot one person in the Soul Ascension Realm among the countless people, as he directly turned around and made his way out of the Explorer Union branch.

Following this, he did a quick trip around the large city to see if there were any wandering cultivators in the Soul Ascension Realm around… And although he did spot a few of them, they were far from anything he would be comfortable with recruiting to join the Star Shattering Sect.

So, in the end, he slowly left the city before heading towards the Eastern Region of the Continent.

Given that this would be his first time there and the fact that he had no idea if there was someone powerful guarding the borders of the Eastern Region, Xuan Hao decided to take things a bit slower as he traveled through the air at a leisure pace instead of using long distance teleportation.

Of course, even though he was travelling slow compared to his long distance teleportation that would have taken him to the Eastern Region in a few minutes, his speed was still terrifying as he was using the opportunity to practice the Illusory Light Steps. Resulting in him reaching the border between the Eastern Region and the Northern Region in a little under a week.

"That is it…?"

However, as he floated above the border, Xuan Hao could not help feeling a bit disappointed as he looked down at the single small city with only a single person in the Domain Lord Realm located at the border between the two major regions.

For some reason, he had expected to find some kind of defensive barrier, like a great wall filled with powerful formations to prevent attacks from the north, but in the end, there was nothing.

Considering that the Eastern Region and the Northern Region had never really been at war with each other, this should have been expected, but it was still a bit disappointing nonetheless to find such a barren and boring border.

Thinking about it… His best chance to see such a large defensive installation would likely be at the border between the Northern Region and the Western Region.

However, going there was a risk in itself, as there should be someone in the Celestial Immortal Realm guarding from both sides of that border… And if the one guarding one side of the Northern Region happened to be someone from the Blue Sea empire, he had a feeling that he would get recognized rather fast if he attempted to cross the border.

Lost in his own thoughts of both disappointment and curiosity towards the border to the west of the Northern Region, a loud rumbling suddenly interrupts them, as Xuan Hao almost instantly used his divine sense to ascertain the source of the rumbling sound.

But, as he saw the source of the rumbling sound through his divine sense, he could not help showing a somewhat dumbfounded expression on his face.

Watching firsthand, as a small group of Domain Lord Realm cultivators were desperately escaping in his direction with what could only be described as thousands of flying worms the size of a small house.

Feeling incredibly intrigued and interested in this sudden and rather weird turn of events, he quickly decided to hide himself before the group of Domain Lord Realm cultivators spotted him.

Even if not for long, he fully intended on seeing what these Domain Lord Realm cultivators were up and how in the world they had managed to offend so many large flying house sized worms.

Even more so because he could sense that the strength of all these worms had at least reached the Domain Lord Realm.

Around a thousand Domain Lord Realm demon beasts chasing after them… And these escaping Domain Lord Realm cultivators were still calm in appearance and didn't seem the slightest bit panicked as they continued to just barely escape while suffering attacks from the flying house sized worms every now and then.

"Obviously, they have some kind of plan to deal with these worms, I just wonder what it is these few Domain Lord Realm cultivators can do in the face of so many Domain Lord Realm demon beasts…" Muttering this to himself with even more interest in his eyes, Xuan Hao slowly began trailing after the group of Domain Lord Realm cultivators as they ran past him.
