Feeling relaxed as he felt the other party coming to a stop not too far away from him, Xuan Hao decided to pretend that he hadn't noticed the other party as he continued moving through the streets of the city like nothing had happened.

Of course, given that he was now being closely followed, he couldn't go about trying to recruit Soul Ascension Realm cultivators to join the Star Shattering Sect, as he would have to at least reveal some of his strength when doing so. Not because she was unable to subdue him or anything, but because she had already managed to get what she could from observing him secretly over the past few hours.

Outside of being a bit more cautious than normal, he wasn't that different from the countless other Domain Lord Realm wandering cultivators she had seen passing through the city whenever she visited herself.

Even if she caught him and tried to interrogate him, she wouldn't gain anything other than possibly drawing the ire of the Explorer Union. Of course, the Crimson Dragon Empire had permission to bar anyone they deemed an enemy from entering the Dragon Tooth Mountain and could limit the strength of those entering to the Dao Seed Realm or below and- She didn't really know much more about the deal between the Explorer Union and the Crimson Dragon Empire, but she understood it would be best to avoid conflicts with the wandering cultivators if possible.

For this reason, she continued watching Xuan Hao for another few hours without any change before finally deeming it to be a hopeless endeavor and leaving to do something more productive, that being checking out the gate where the problem had first appeared.

Although the chance of her finding anything was low considering that the damage had already been automatically fixed by the guardian formation, she decided to still try her luck to see if she could find anything.

Even if what she found was just a few bits of qi left behind, it might help her figure out what had happened.

Speaking of the formation, she had attempted to use it to scan Xuan Hao's cultivation base discreetly during the time she had observed him to see if she could recreate the problem.

However, the result always ended up coming back the same, showing him as someone in the Domain Lord Realm.
